Hmm... I'd leave that passenger quarter panel, that looks pretty decent.. but have you noticed the drivers side quarter panel? look more closely.. That looks pretty bad...

I would be more worried about that passenger rear quarter panel damage than anything else. It might just be the pic angle but the wheel really looks like it's sitting at a angle.
