Default Shorted alternator?

First post here so I apologize if this isn't in the right section.
I recently was working on my b18b1 swapped EG hatch and dropped a wrench on my alternator, which touched ground and caused a spark, now my car wont turn on at all.
I've check every single fuse and had the battery and alternator bench tested, both of which passed, my hazards turn on but nothing else does. Does anyone have any ideas what I could check next?

Have you checked 80 amp fuse under the hood?

have you check all the fuses under the driver side steering wheel?

Yes, check out the main bus fuses in the under-hood fuse box. There is likely something blown there.
