I have a 94 integra. When i push in the clutch pedal i hear a whirrling/scratching noise but when i release the clutch it goes away. During normal driving i experience only minor problems but during more aggresive driving i cannot even upshift. When i push in the clutch pedal it is very stiff and i have to revv the motor to get it into gear. Could this be a TOB issue or a trans issue like a ISB? Thank you for any help.

 

Sounds like throw out bearing with noise change with clutch.
