Default Shift Point on AUTOMATIC Integra??

What is the shift point of an Automatic Integra at wot? Some people claim that they're automatic shifts at 7000 rpms. Some even claim that it goes into red line. However, when I hooked up my S-afc, I was able to use the peak hold feature to determine my peak RPM shift point. Turns out, its only 6500 rpm's. Is there a way for me to increase this shift point? I know on the auto integra, theres a 2nd throttle like cable connecting from the throttle body to the automatic tranny. Can I tighten this up and expect a higher shift point? or is there no reason to do so. Thanks for reading

My 99 shifts at 7k since I started modding her, after headers and CIA it started to rev more and longer. I don't know te explaination of this but I swear to god my car revs to 7k sometimes a hundred or so more... then again my factory tach could be off, but then everyone's would have to be.

You should just sell your car and get a 5-speed! Hehe....just playing.

When my car was an automatic, it would shift at the actual redline which is about 7100-7200.

I thought my tach was off, but now with my AFC on, I can see that it's surprisingly accurate. Weird stuff.

Oh, and there's no way to change the shift points other than a new ECU or a reprogrammed ECU.
