Default save up for EMS, block rebuild, pistons and rods or throw in FMU?

Got my turbo, so.............

as the topic states, should i save up and do it right or should i just run it with the FMU and have fun for now?

what is the estimated cost of doing it right? do i really need to sleeve my block? or would a new piston and rod be okay?

i dont need a car that is super fast, just reliable and a daily driver.....

Since you want it to be reliable, then i would save up and sleeve it and build the motor properly and get it tuned immediately.

build right, and have it tuned AS SOON AS the car is started up the very first time.

make sure the A/F ratio is tuned asap.
