forged rods, forged pistons, stock block, autotechnic block guard...problem?
i have forged pistons, forged rods, stock b18b block with autotechnic block guard i got from Summit racing catalog for $100. i know its not as strong as sleeving but how much HP can i make with this set up? Id like to see 20 psi after i upgrade to equal length manifold with t3t04 hybrid turbo. please try not to flame me with my setup i know it sucks but i also have to support my wife and a 3 year old daughter all with my paychecks.
b18b1 motor
forged pistons
forged rods
stock crank
stock valvetrain
t25 mitsu turbo internal wastegate @ 7 PSI
mitsu 1g BOV
log manifold
12:1 FMU (yeah yeah i know)
450cc mitsu injectors
$100 block guard (couldnt afford MID dartons)

skip the equal length manifold and go with hondata. It will make more power and ALOT more reliable at that much boost. I wouldnt aim for 20 psi. I would aim for around 350 whp. That should be attainable with 16 psi and hondata. with your setup

If you use a large turbo, expect about 360whp at those boost levels. (16-18psi) and if your going to go 20psi with race gas, maybe you'll hit 400whp. BTW, what is done to the head?
