I have a 1993, auto, 1.8 L 1993 integra. I had a problem once in a while that the s3 light would flash and it would turn over but would not start, and if you let it sit for about a couple of minutes it would be fine. But now the car turns on but the s3 flash's the guages will not work in odometer, speeodomter, and so forth. ANd then the check engine light comes on after a while. Just started happening.
I saw a similar question pop up yesterday on these forums, but now i don't see it. Wondering what the problem is, cause tranny seems to be grrrreat, and everything about it runs smooth.

 

you need to check the ecu trouble codes (which is why the check engine light comes on).

btw.. what is S3 ?
