Replacing Rack and Pinion...

OK im in need of replacing my rack and pinion..Is there any write-up on how to replace it..i need some steps on how to replace the whole rack..On what do i need to do first and what tools do i need and do i need to bleed those power steering lines?
what do i need to take out in order for me to removed it?(e. shift linkage,exhaust pipe, maybe? )
i've searched and look at the integra furom fact but found nothing.

I just used my trusty Helms manual.

Let me warn you, it's a major PITA to drop it out with the motor still in the car.

When draining the PS fluid, make sure you have a large container with a small opening on top, like a milk jug. Otherwise it will spray the fluid all over the place.

The shift linkage is a pain. The header can be a pain getting it apart from the cat, the subframe brace bar is a pain (damn bolts thread in from above instead of below).

Yeah, it's not something I want to do again.
