Default PS boot question

So I need to replace both of the boots on my power steering rack. I got the boots and clamps but the manual says I need "silicone grease" and "steering grease".

So My questions are as follows:

1) I know that Honda's need special PS fluid so I'm wondering if this also needs special Honda "steering grease".

2) What kind of silicone grease should I use?

3) The service manual says "Apply steering grease to the circumference of the rack and housing". Then it says "NOTE: Coat the rack and grooves and the inside of the boot with silicone grease". Where the hell do I put which grease?

Thanks for all of the help.

EDIT:
Picture for the service manual:

Fill the boots up like packing a boot for a ball joint? Not just apply a layer, actually have the boots packed?

Thanks for the help.

Bump!
Please. Can anyone tell me how much grease to put in? I want to get this job done this weekend so I can drive the car on Monday.

Thanks everyone.
