Default Leaking Powersteering Rack to manual steering rack

I have a 92 manual5speed dx with power steering. I want to get rid of the power steering. The powersteering rack is leaking. It needs to be replaced and therefore i cannot loop it.

Here are my questions

A. If i order a rack and pinion that is manual steering for the same year car, will it bolt right up?

B.If not, what will need to be changed to fit the manual rack?

C.When changing out the rack and pinion do i need to remove the b1tch pin on the shift linkage? (After pounding on it with a 3lb sledge hammer for hours with a 8mm / 5/16 punch, i ve determined it aint going no where)

D.Can i let the pump sit in the serpentine belt loop without powersteering fluid running through it? (That way i dont have to buy another belt)

Thanks, i d really like the answer to these questions.

Default Re: Leaking Powersteering Rack to manual steering rack

i did some research. it seems that i ll need the subframe from a manual rack car from the 92-95 gen, and the manual rack bushing. The powersteering rack is thicker and the subframe and U brackets that hold it to the frame are different in size.

Anyone have answers to my other questions or anymore info would be great.
