Replace synchros?
You can replace them. I recommend in buying some carbon coated synchros from http://www.gearspeedinc.com I was given a price for all gears for I believe $150-200 I don't remember, if you do it yourself you'd be saving yourself a hell of alot of $$$$ in labor. The cheapest they told me labor would be was about $600 and that was from hook-ups import tek
and the most expensive was about $1200 which is RIDICULOUS!!!

thx for that link. how difficult is it to replace ur self.. how deep into the tranny do i need to go? is it like right there or i have to take out EVERYTHInG to get to em?.. ima juss get some of my car guys over.. haha.
The work is easy for me, but the synchro sets are expensive to replace.
OEM Honda 1st-2nd synchro set = $270 to $300
OEM Honda 3rd-4th synchro set = $180 to $200
OEM Honda 5th-reverse synchro set = $110 to $130
-sets include: synchro hub, synchro sleeve, synchro rings (double synchro included for 2nd gear)
None of those sets include new gears, which might need to be replaced if the small dog teeth on the gears are worn down or deformed.
You may also need any number of shift forks, synchro springs, or bearings if they are damaged or significantly worn.
