Buy a razor scraper and some windex. At the tinting shop I work at we use this stuff called Tint Off to get the glue off of the rear window since you can't scrape it because of the defoggers. For every other window just peel it off and then spray it with windex or tint off and let that sit for 2 minutes and scrape off the glue.
