Removing Flywheel ... How to stop it spinning?
Hi, i am putting in a new flywheel and clutch. and when i remove the old one it spins, any way to stop this or deal with it?

have sumone hold it with a 19 mm wrench/socket on the other end...or if its on the ground...put the wrench on there and it will jamm itself on the floor...

sorry, I had an impact for zzipping those off but yeah - similar technique as mentioned by iB works well when I was putting the flywheel back on, I had the motor on the ground - had my 1/2" breaker bar on the crank pulley bolt and wedged that to the ground so I could torque down the flywheel bolts - worked great!

the flywheel is drilled all the way through.... its simple. just put a screw driver through one of those holes under the engine so when you turn the screw driver hits the engine and stops the flywheel the bolt will come loose
