Default Quick Question on Alternator

Our alternator went out in my fiances 93 DA. I think the stock one is a 70 amp and so are the ones that you get from AutoZone, Advance, etc. Anyhow I found a 80 amp one for cheaper. Would this work ok?

Being it has higher amps, Only thing it would do is charge better, I would assume.

If it has the Right/Same plugin, then you should be fine.
