how big of an amp can the stock alternator hold?

im running a hifomics taurus, on a solobaric 15d

also on that car, i have every gauge you can imagine...another tach...neon...and a power inverter...

how do we calculate how much power is too much, again?

also, i have some infinity reference component speakers...how do i hook them up with the crossover to my 2 channel amp?
