Default question about an automatic integra

When i race in my automatic integra...i always put it in 1st then up shift to D4...by doing this am i still hurting my tranny or not? thanks folks

racing an auto will hurt it regardless, that tranny was not meant to be shifted the way you do.
i wouldnt race with that car, unless you have $$ for a new tranny.

dont race with an auto teg. youre at a disadvantage already.

ah dont say that (dont race an auto teg) yes it is harder on autos to drag race but hey if its wat you want to do just be carefull..dont do nuetral drops avoid long burnouts and just leave it in drive and slam on the gas..
