Ques for those NJ drivers with full tint?

Where do you go to pass inspection since its illegal to have full tint in this stupid state?

I remove the film on the front windows and have it replaced after inspection. Free state inspection at the DMV plus $70 to have the front windows re-tinted or roughly $50 for an inspection at an independent testing center (garage) plus the trouble of locating one that is willing to pass the car. The $20 saving spread over the two year period is negligible.
