My Gf has 5% tint all around and can not pass her car through inspection because of the tint. does anyone know anyone that can get her passed? She lives in belvidere NJ.

 

Most independent NJ shops will not risk the loss of their inspection license and will not pass a blatantly illegal vehicle. You're probably better off removing the front tint, and then having it replaced after it's been inspected (although I would also suggest going a bit lighter for safety - 5% is excessive).
