Ok i just pulled an ABS code and it gave me the following 2 codes:
15 RR Wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)
16 RR Wheel Sensor (electrical noise/intermittent interruption)

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this, do i need to replace the wheel sensor or is there another way to go about fixing it?

 

Follow the wiring from that sensor, look for an open, or a short, or a loose/flaky connection somewhere.

 

how far does the wire go and where does it go? Is there a wire diagram of it anywhere?

On my '95 the wiring harness goes across to the ABS computer, which is near the RR wheel well. But I know they changed the ABS system around a couple years after...
