Default Projector headlight with HID conversion kit question

Hi,

I am very interested to replace my stock headlight to the one projector headlight that come with angel eye built in. I was wonderful if i replace the stock light with the projector light, can i still do the hid conversion?

If I don't get the projector headlight, I am very interested to replace my stock bulb with 12000k purple hid conversion, does anyone know if its legal to drive with purple hid in pa?

Some simple answers.
Projectors are good (for halogen or HID). A retro of a true HID projector is better.
ALL HID kits are illegal in the US.
If its really 12000k purple, its illegal.

If you insist on a HID kit without a proper retro, please at least use a projector of some type and not a reflector.
Please use a proper colored bulb, 4200k, not the blue ones, they glare more, blinding oncomming traffic. A BMW looks blue because of the HID projector refracting at the cutoff, not because the bulb produces blue light.
