Default is HID supposed to be brighter on the driver's side?

Just wondering... I have an aftermarket HID setup in my '94 Integra (JDM conversion). The HID beam seems to be slightly brighter on the driver's side of the car. Is this normal?
Thanks

my guess is that one of the bulbs are newer. you do know that hid bulbs change color over time... so if the previous owner blew one, or accidently broke one before you owned the conversion... one side would seem brighter than the other...

The headlights are meant for a RHD car, therefore the beam pattern puts more light out towards the left.
