problem with wiring o2 sensor!!

Default problem with wiring o2 sensor!!

i put a flex pipe on my car and now i have to put the 2nd o2 sensor in... damn obd2... but the o2 sensor isnt long enough so i just bought some 20 guage wire and im goin to extend it about 4 inches so it fits but... im worried about the wires melting cuz of the heat so im lookin for some of that yellow heat wrap that is on the 02 sensor to begin with .. anyone know where i could get some or another soultuion thanks

I can sell you an 0bd2 faker for like 40 bux. plug it in, and forget about that stupid thing. let me know.the second o2 sensor is just to verify to the ecu the the cat is working, so if you don't have a cat, you'll still get an engine code, even with it in. obd2 faker is the way to go. check out mvp motorsports, or summit even they want 100 bux for em. I can hook you up for WAY less. again, let me know.

i just wraped it up in electrical tape its above the heat shield so it should be ok ... ohh-well

Wrap in aluminum foil, shinny part out...will help reflect the heat
