Default Problem running, code 20, HELP

So I had a code 20, for the ELD. Everything I read on here told me to just replace the underhood fuse box, so I did. Afterwards I reset the ecu by removing the ECU and BACKUP fuses, and letting it run for 10 min with all the accessories off.

I started it, and took it for a drive around the block. It was doing just fine for awhile, then it just died. I started it again, but it died again. I got it to start, and drive, but after a few seconds it died again. I started it and it drove fine for a few seconds, then the CEL just flashed on and off real quick, like .5seconds. When it did that the rpms dropped, but the car didnt die. It did that 3 or 4 times, and then drove fine the rest of the way.

Anyone have any advice? I've searched and found nothing to really help me.

The only thing I've done to the car recently is replace the starter. It's just a daily driver 95 GS

That's awfully confusing, so you're saying I need to just cut off my ELD connection? I don't see why I should modify the wiring when it's just a factory car

Anyone else have any input? Please?

check the codes. i believe tach signal comes from the icm in the distributor on your car
with the problem occurring, check for spark. icm may be taking a crap on you
