Default PR4 and P75 ECU's...changes in the maps?

Hey guys I'm trying to figure out if there is a difference between the PR4 ECU from a 92-93 integra and a P75 from a 94+ integra.

Now I know the b18a has 130hp listed...while the b18b has 142hp. From what I read and understood, the HP gains are from the head/camshaft and the intake manifold.

Is there a difference in fuel timing/maps between the PR4 and P75 to accomidate the extra HP reading? is the redline the same?

I know that the horsepower is produced from the engine itself by changing a few settings on the cam profiles and possibly intake manifold, but is there a difference between the two ecu's?

reason for my question is I have a b18b motor and I have a PR4 sitting right next to me...and I'm just wondering if there would be any negative effects from runnig the ECU and lossing a small percentage of power?
