power lost when hot

hey guys and girls i have a problem with my 96 Integra Sir G Dohc Vtec b18c1 jdm Auto(shaming i no but it's a daily car) ....
only happens after the car is warmed up when i drive it around 3000 up it looses power and when it Vtec's at 4500 it feels like im only on 2 pistons .. when it's cold and about too warm up it's fine it goes like normal ... ive notice the car is running hot also my brother has the same car but in manual his one seems too be way cooler ...anyone that can help

oohh shuld have figured ... yeah no Check light ive check them and cleared them with lauch dionostics no codes show up
