Hey i have the same problem w/my 1994 teg, GSR...what it is, for the burning oil, since u said its over-heating, u need to replace ur radiator, cuz since its overheating, ur frying ur piston rings, and thats what is letting oil bypas, and burning...Also, could be ur valve seals need to be replace....

As far as leaking oil..where at is it leaking?... like do u see some on the block, on the ground? ...cuz mine is the same as urs..the burning oil, is easy to fix, but not for urself to do, and money, i say its easy, cuz i already know the problem..but as far as leaking, mine sometimes leaks on the ground, then i see oil on the block where my headers bolt up too.. so im confused on there for myself too...............................

BTW....for ur burning oil, check ur PVC valve..but more likly ur fried ur piston rings..ok..hopefully i made some sense in this 5page speech!..

WHAT!????.....umm i dont think his radiator is bad,,..might be his water pump, ...also on the leaking oil check your seal on the valve cover...cam seals, oil pan, crank shaft seal...the oil buring problem get a compression and leak down test....some of your problems could be because your head gasket could possibly be bad

more then likely your rings are fried or bad head gasket........for you heating problem could be thermostat or water pump...i doubt its your radiator......change your pcv valve also..........
