Default PLEASE HELP!! bogging issue.

I am having some serious issues with my teggie , it's a 1998 integra AUTO and it idles funny first off , sometimes while in DRIVE with the foot on brake the car idles super low low low and then goes back to normal & sometimes after a long drive ill put it in park and it will idle all the way to 1500 and come back down and go back up about 5 times until it finally settles at 800 and the main issue is that when im going up a hill my car will shift into first and then ill be going up a hill in 2nd and my RPM"S will go to 2500 and get stuck , ill put my foot to the floor and nothing happens until 2 seconds later when the needle jumps to 5000 and comes back down really rapidly , it also feels like my car has a huge loss of power lately and my car wont go over 80MPH its really weird i cant figure it out ive taken my car to a honda dealership and my normal mechanic and a tranny shop and they all said my car was fine , the tranny fluid is brand spankin new and i just got a new timing belt and water pump a few weeks ago , is it possible the timing is off? or do you guys think its my tranny? or maybe spark plug wires or distributor or a sensor maybe? im so eager to get my car running correctly i really want to figure out what is wrong with it...... please any help is much much much appreciated

You could Check you cold idle for the needle jump, and your speed sensor for the 80mph thing.
