Default Oil squirting problem..

Just finished putting a B18A1 in a DA, whenever I go to crank it the motor takes a few seconds and whenever it cranks oil will shoot staright up in the air.. I checked to see where it was coming from it seems to be some valve beside the oil filter on the driver side, anybody know what this is?

That looks like the connector you use to attach the line to an oil pressure gauge. Needs capping methinks.

Don't quote me.

Oil pressure switch. Get a new one and use a little Teflon tape.
