Yes, they will fit on each other.. The difference is the length of the header. The exhaust won't bolt up correctly.
Yes, I researched this recently, so it's TRUE.
Now, the question is: Will an OBX header fit PERIOD? Probably not, without some help (drilling, beating). I know my buddy had to re-drill out the holes on the header. Piece of junk.

unless it's a 00-01 gsr. they share the same exhaust layout.
