OBDII Engine Code 22

I need to know what i have to do yo fix a code 22.

how much do u want for the skunk 2 cams? How many miles are on them?

fix it or add oil (if low)

well i installed a vafc II but the code 22 still shows up and i also changed the plug that the green plug plugs into and its still showing up. The oil is fine, and when the check engine light is on sometimes it lets me redline normally and most of the it kicks back at 6200.

What else can i do?
