pressure switch code 22
does anyone have any experience with this?
whats the replacement switch cost?
my check engine light comes on in 3rd gear vtec (not 1st or 2nd for some reason) and throws a code 22
oil pressure is good htough, i suspect a faulty switch any help?

I just got this replaced last week...It's your VTEC Oil Pressure Switch, and what it does is controls the oil pressure when your car's engine changes to VTEC cams. Is your car in limp mode??? Mine was. Anyhow, I took it to Acura of Riverside, and it costed 175 bucks to replace it installed. Now my car runs fine. Your best bet is to take it to a dealership, they'll take care of you.
