Default Obd2-Obd1 conversion idle problems

i have a 99 ls integra, ls/vtec stock block stock head, boltons and aebs intake manifold with stock throttlebody, it is converted to obd1 with boomslang harness, the car idles really ruff when first cranked, it will crank and then shut right off unless i give it gas andi t sounds like its running like **** and vibrates and smokes, a couple seconds later it smoothens out and idles at a grand or a little less, i can not figure out what it is

i checked the iacv to see if it were 2 wire or 3 wire but its 2 wire so their is no iacv fix, im getting a fitv off an obd1 prelude and im going to put it on and see if it will help the idling issue. has anyone else had this problem and found a solution??

i know typically with a richer map, cold start idel is usually an issue. Just as long as it idels fine when it warms up, I wouldnt worry about it. Try resetting the ecu.

no its a bit more serious, but i think i might have figured out, when i pull the plug on the iacv theres no difference, idle doesnt change or anything, bad iacv? or needs to be cleaned?

ok i swapped the iacv out and cleaned the screen, put it on and it idles tons better when the cars warmed up, but still when i crank it after it has sat for a while it still will shut off or crank and idle extremely low and sound and smell like its running rich as **** and hten it smoothen outs as the car warms up
