99 acura integra gsr. while driving on the freeway all gauges went straight down, complete failure. car runs fine. removed cluster and it works in a different integra. any ideas as to what happened and how i can fix this? thank you in advance for any help.

 

popped fuse? happened to my 99 teg while i was racing with my highbeams, and hids on.

 

checked all fuses, non responsive. other solutions?
