ok im not sure of the differences??? can a obd2 be chipped and/or reprogrammed like the obd1??? or should i change mine to obd2??? oh yeah i was gonna to be hookin up a hondata stage 2 to it do i need the obd1 for that???

 

Yes hondata needs a obd1 ecu to run. Also there is tons of stuff on obd1 vs obd2 if you search the archived threads.
