Default o2 Sensor

When replacing a o2 sensor. Do I replace the one before or after the cat? Also how often should it be replaced? Thanks.

auto parts store, its a like your normal deep well socket but it has a section cut out so you can fit it over the wires, here this might help explain it more. i am also not sure what size you would need

They're interchangeable. The only difference is the wiring (slightly longer and with a rubber grommet), due to the secondary O2's location. Pricing from Acura Automotive Parts is identical for the primary and secondary.

All you need is a 22mm wrench to remove and install the sensor. I'd recommend applying a small amount of anti-seize compound to the threads of the sensor before installing it, to make future remove easier.
