Well I just had a problem with my car cranking fine, but not running. Windows, guages, fuel pump, wipers, did not work. Radio and lights and starter did work, however. Problem ended up being my ignition switch, the metal contacts were worn out I guess, $60 shipped overnight for a new switch and all is good now.

this post is still around, hahahahah, searchin for a bad ground can be a bitch but its worth it, try it, also check all fuses, my friend actually had this problem and it was the alt fuse, good luck!
