Default New guy with issues

Hows it going guys, my name is Mat and I have a 1995 Acura Integra GSR. I just performed a full rebuild on the motor and now I am having some issues with high idle. Yes high idle and yes I have googled it and tried everything.

A list of the aftermarket parts on the car
Skunk2 Intake manifold
Type R throttle body
Type R cams, valves, springs and retainers
DC 4-2-1 header
Greddy Evo2 exhaust
3in intake
Chipped P72 ecu tuned with crome

Before the rebuild I was running a high compression set up, 12,5:1. Now I am running factory compression. The ECU is still tuned for the high compression set up. My problem is this, I start the car and it idles @4k rpms. I have replaced the TPS, MPS and IAC. I have the fast idle bypassed.

I have burpped the coolant system and I am still not getting a temp reading and the fans are not kicking on.

Any ideas on what the problem or problems might be?

Thanks in advanced!

Is your TB cable on too tight?

Check the throttle cable, also did you calibrate the TPS?

either the cable or you've got a vac line disconnected/incorrectly routed.

you should have about a half inch of deflection on that cable. if you do, try removing the intake boot, and with the engine running, cover the throttle opening. if the engine continues to run, there's a vac leak/hose disconnected

Throttle cable was still off. Tried to calibrate the TPS and the power source wire is suppose read out at 5v, mine starts off at 10v and slowly drops to 0v over 30 seconds.

As far as blocking off the throttle body, tried that and the car did not idle down. All my line are routed correctly and secure. Going to take Intake manifold off and try a new gasket.

well, if you covered the throttle body and it didn't stall, a vac line is either not hooked up, or you have a large leak.
instead of removing things one by one. confirm first. use the starter fluid trick

Intake manifold needed to be tighten down a little more. Car is starting to idle down now. I still have a couple of small things to work out on it. But I should be able to start breaking it in tonight.
