Default New AEM Computer? Will it work with my setup?

Okay, here's the situation. I have been considering the new AEM computer "plug n' play" system for my car. I have a 97 Teg GSR. But I have a '96 JDM B18C1, wiht a JDM ECU, with a wiring jumper harness. I am trying to figure out how this will work since it plugs directly into the "stock" ECU of which I am not using. Any idea on this?

Dont know yet im going for my certification with the system on monday. If you have any questions on the system email me at Boosted3g@aol.com and ill find the answers. We are making the trip to NJ to do some classroom time to learn what it is and how to use it. Then we will be going to Bullish Racing to perform an install and tuning with it. Let me know before Sunday.
