my buddy has a 1990 integra and he said water got into his motor but hes not sure..he cranked it over with the spark plugs out and no water came out or nething and he went threw all the vacuum lines to see if there was water or nethin that got into them because his car wont rev over 3000 rpms it stops there and he didnt have the check engine light on untill i believe 1 or 2 days later and he pulled out the ecu and there a red light blinkin and he tryed resettin the ecu but it still didnt work...cud this be a sensor or the ecu? i need some advice asap

Does it knock? Have you done a comp. test? What code is he pulling?

 

he hasnt donea computer code yet but i was seeing if u guys have any idea wat it cud be i dont think theres a knockin he didnt tell me nething like that
