Default need some help with fuel pump

i bought a msd inline fuel pump. im going to go install it, and i have no idea where to do it. i dont have back seats, i couldnt find a line that would look like a fuel line. ohgh wait, doesnt it go under the car? so where do you mount the pump? also the positive negitive wires, where is a good place to get the 12vlts fom, can i splice it into a 12v comingout of the stock fuel pump? i have searched this for a while now, also one last thing.. is this pump loud?
