i need to know what this is. and what to do. i ran a search but i didn't understand what they were sayin on the post. thanx

Its a Bullshit code. Just ignore it. Its the secondary o2 sensor on the cat i believe. If you just changed to high flow cat, that could be the reason. If you're still all stock then i don't know what could be wrong. reset your ecu and see what happens.

Yeup you answered your own question. The stock OBD2 ecu is very sensitive to any changes in airflow. I don't know if it is your cat or not. I'm thinking it is just the ecu. In that case the only way to fix it is to get an obd 1 ecu. I have also heard of people taking the o2 sensor out, welding the hole in the cat, and wrapping the o2 sensor in foil or something.
