Default ecu code #67 help

I threw a code last night on the freeway, looks like it's code 67. The hondata code chart does not list this one, anyone have any ideas what this code means?

67 is Cat failure code or rear O2 sensor failing.

yeah I have a carsound cat. I thought it was supposed to be good? If I get an obd 1 ecu I won't have to worry about the cat failing and triggering a code, right? I don't think I am going to buy a new cat.
