did you take you your taillights or anything else lately? i had the same problem last time with my car when i took of the taillights. when i was putting them back in, i pinched one of the wires and had the same problem you do. check for pinched or cut wires. did you check the fuse book under the hood?

first off, nice car, second, does anything strange happen when you turn the lights on?? any other thing turn on or off in the car, first i would check/replace the actual switch(the thing u turn to turn the lights on) forgot whats its called. check the relays, get a volt meter and try to trace and pin point where the voltage is going instead of the lights. third you might also have a short somewhere, the positive wire is coming in contact with a positive to something else.... maybe i am right, maybe i am comletely wrong haha but good luck hope u get it fixed u got a nice car

Did you check the fuse with a multimeter while it was plugged in with the lights on?? I would check and see if you have any voltage at the fuse. This should help you find out if the problem is before or after the fuse.

nothing that was suggested worked? I know when my wipers went all haywire ( it would automatically turn on themselves ), the issue was the actual switch. But then again, that's not the gauge lights

Did you do what superls92 suggested? That was some good advice. Really not much point asking for more help until you try that.

On an off topic, years back my old 2000 Prelude blew a fuse and had the EXACT same symptoms.
