Need help with a auto to manual conversion

one of my friends just gave me a 95 GS auto and im about to get a jdm b18c1 with tranny, wiring harness, ecu, manual concole, padel set . Im just wondering if the above link is the same for my project. Me and my friends are gunna be working on it.
So far my cost for the project is:
95 Integra GS w/ fat fives - free present for being a good friend
Jdm B18C1 w/ tranny, harness, ecu - $2000
Instrutment Cluster - free
Manual console - free
Pedal set - free
