Default Few manual conversion questions

I'm very close to being done collecting all the information I need to do my auto to manual conversion on my 2000 EX with the stock d16y8 in it. But I've got a few questions i can't seem to find clear answers to

1. I've seen a lot about the IACV wiring on a few auto to manual conversion threads, and am now wondering... Will I need to rewire it if i use my current auto obd2b ecu with the stock auto intake manifold?

2. This one prolly should've been first, but... If the AUTO obd2b ecu "thinks" the car is in park, will I be able to use the AUTO ecu with the manual tranny, and without any driving issues? And I do realize running an auto ecu with a manual tranny will create a CEL.

hmm. well to 1. i don't believe you will have to change anything. 2. i know there is some wiring you have to do with the shift console, and that's what allows you to start the car, but what exactly you have to do i am unsure. I'm sure if you search around you will find other threads from people who have done auto-manual swaps and will be of use to you

Ok thanks for the help anyways, any help at all helps lol. Eventually I would swap out the auto intake manifold for a manual one and ecu, but for the time being ill just use the the auto and modify what is needed on the harness inside the car.
