Most likely it's something trivial like a loose heatshield.

Check your axle's, seriously. When my CV boot went, i didnt know it til i could feel the car riding on the axle, it rattled my dash at high speeds.

There are 2 easy ways to check the boot, the first, and probably the most common sence is to check the boot it self for cracks/tears.

The second is to throw your car in reverse and crank the wheel hard to one side, and go about 15 mph.

Then try turning the opposite way, while still going in reverse, if you hear clicking and popping, your probably on that ball joint and will need to replace that axle, either way.

Good luck

Here's the thread, links are busted, but maybe reading it will tell you how big of an issue this can be, too bad the links dont work or you would hide your key from yourself.

Is it a metal on metal rattling noise? If so, check underneath your car and look at your heatshields.

shouldnt beat heat shields, i have same problems except it is my heat shield, but noises can only be heard goin about 5-10 mph, so i think it has something to do with the engine good luck

thanks for all of the info. im bringing it to my mechanic tommorrow. I was outside looking under the hood just to see if anything was loose and is the radiator supposed to be not totally tightened? Because mine has a decent amount of wiggle due to not being totally tight. Im gonna go outside now and check the axle like u said to right now.
