Mysterious plastic/rubber smell?
Yeah, just recently my car started making this burning rubber smell after it got warmed up. The smell is very strong when i have the heater on/open the hood, but I cant really smell it otherwise. Its a stock 94 auto ls
Any ideas as to what might be the problem?

were there any solutions to this problem? i have this same issue where after i start the car there is real bad smell coming from the exhaust. kinda smells like something is burning i guess. i noticed it start to over heat now too especially when i slow down or at a stop. wondering if the two problems are related...
