im talking about the little teeth things that go into the head, i decided to just take off my cap and rotate my rotor until it goes in and it worked but then when i try to push it in if your on the passenger side the left side closest to the firewall doesnt go in no matter how hard i push it wont move if i wiggle it same thing and if i screw it in all the bolt is hard and wont really move until i start putting the top and right side in first then finish the left side
could it be possible that i have the wrong distributor? because ive changed a distributor before and it slipped right in this one is having a lot of trouble to get back in
the distributor worked fine before i pulled it, before i pulled it it was hard as hell to come out but now it just wont go back in

How could you all of a sudden have a the wrong distributor.
Make sure the teeth are aligned properly. Forcing it in like some idiot did a few weeks ago will not do you any good.
You will also need a timing gun to set your ignition timing again.

If its an aftermarket dizzy, try spinning the "little teeth" 180 degrees? if not i have no idea what you are talking about, your english is hard to understand.
also to correct your ignition timing you will need a timing gun. good luck man.

yea sorry guys i have no idea what its called so like i cant really explain it
when i try to push the distributor in its like something is blocking it it would go in on an angle

It only goes in one way. Turn it 180 degrees and it sould go in rather easily if you didnt bend the teeth. The best way to figure out if its right is to turn your motor over on to the tdc position and the rotor should be pointed downward to the left.

It's just like putting your ***** in a woman's butt hole. You don't want to force it it, just gently move it around until your in.

or for some shear act of uber stupidity you somehow put it down and picked up the wrong one but you dont seem like the kind of guy that has spare parts like that sitting around lol
and the somebody else that installed it and same thing happened.....yeah he doesnt know what the **** hes doing either
who knows this could be a great example of the decline of the american public school system lol

Did you put a o-ring on it that is 2 big and now it won't go back in? As stated it should be pretty straight forward. The 2 teeth on the dizzy have to align with the cam and if it doesn't want to go then rotate the teeth on the back of the distributor 180deg. and it should go in with ease. Possible the distributor was dropped while you had it out and messed up one of the teeth on it? You need to set base timing with a timing light after you get this problem figured out.
