Default Modifed ECU

Thinking about getting a S200 chip for my 96' RS, since I need to get an OBDI ECU, will I still pass inspection? Since I don't think the other O2 sensor is being utilized, or is there some way of passing if it doesn't?

if ur car is obd2 and ur running an obd1 ecu the only way of passing emissions is to temp switch back to your obd2 ecu
