Default MAP sensor issue

I have a *correctly* swapped CRX with a GSR motor. I'm using a P28 ECU, rywire conversion harnesses for dist/ecu, and all of the wires have been soldered and shrinked. Any wearable part has been replaced or rebuilt, including the motor itself.

While using either of the 2 MAP sensors i have purchased off of people here on HT the motor will not run right. When i test the maps, neither of them show a voltage change on the signal wire. After seeing this i started changing the configurations on one of the sensors in order to see if the configuration was perhaps different, etc and have not seen any different results. I see 4.96V on power, and 4.62 on signal, which does not change with vacuum. When i plug my wires into the CRX MAP on my firewall with the CRX wire config, the values change as they should, however the values are not per GSR spec. From what i can see a CRX MAP wouldnt work with a GSR due to the difference in values(~.200v), even though they are small (Could someone verify this?) Currently my car has a sparatic idle from about 1000-1500 RPM's with the CRX MAP. It honestly doesn't make sense, and the only thing i can figure is that i have 2 defective MAP sensors. I have cleaned out my IACV, and am not using a FITV. Could the sparatic idle be due to the CRX MAP readings? Can a CRX MAP even be used? Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated,

Justin
